Challenge

Getting help with a relationship is still hard, expensive and loaded with fear of judgement — and the tools that exist are either generic or blind to the Persian language and culture.

Product

A daily companion: conversations with Ara, a Persian-speaking AI coach; one-tap mood check-ins that reveal emotional patterns; a shared space with your partner; small daily challenges with XP, streaks and badges; an encrypted private journal; and, when it's needed, booking a professional counsellor.

Core flow

  1. 01Mood check-in
  2. 02Talk to Ara
  3. 03Daily challenge
  4. 04Shared progress
  5. 05Counsellor if needed

Key decisions

  1. Decision 01

Ara's demo lives on the home page with no install or signup — removing the biggest point of friction.

    Evidence: raaahro.ir
  2. Decision 02

A PWA instead of native apps: every platform, no app-store dependency.

  3. Decision 03

Human counsellors complement the AI rather than being replaced by it.

  4. Decision 04

Gamification turns behaviour change into a measurable habit.

Outcome

Rahro is public: anyone can try Ara on the website without installing anything, then add the app on Android, iOS or desktop.
